Shipping Information


  • Parcels are usually shipped same (working) day if ordered before 2pm, otherwise next day if account is cleared. Orders will not be shipped where accounts are overdue.

  • Parcels for mainland UK are shipped for next (working) day delivery via DPD; a one hour delivery slot notification will be given if a valid email is provided.

  • Orders for offshore UK destinations and Scottish Highlands are shipped via Royal Mail Parcel Service.

  • International parcels will be shipped via DPD or UPS, carriage charged at cost. Customers are solely responsible for any customs and handling costs. It is a condition of sale that proof of import and VAT receipts are provided (where appropriate) on request.

  • Missing/damaged items must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt otherwise delivery will be deemed complete and in good order.

  • All billing paperwork will be included with the shipment.
